Founder Story

My name is Fran and I am the founder and CEO of Bonheur Bespoke. Before pursuing a career in marketing, I studied Business Law and earned a Master’s degree, which provided me with a strong commercial foundation and a deep understanding of structure, compliance and the commercial realities behind every brand decision.

I then worked across a variety of fields before transitioning into marketing, a journey which has given me a unique perspective combining strategic thinking, commercial awareness and creativity. While my academic background provided a solid foundation, it was hands-on experience that truly educated me, teaching me how brands evolve, connect with their audience, and leave a lasting impact.

For me, marketing is not just a profession; it is a passion rooted in understanding how brands grow, connect and make a lasting impression. I then went on to formally study marketing, refining her ability to blend analytical thinking with creative expression.

My career has spanned both corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, from leading teams in the luxury e-commerce sector to managing complex B2B communications and establishing businesses from scratch.


Throughout my career, one belief has remained constant: marketing is customer experience. Having worked with both global brands and growing businesses, I understand what it truly takes to build, scale and sustain a brand in today's fast-moving digital world. Having sat in the founder’s seat herself, I have experienced the pressure and understand that meaningful growth comes from more than just metrics; it comes from connection.

With years of hands-on experience in customer experience, communications and brand strategy, I bring structure and imagination to every project. My background enables me to design strategies that are data-driven and results-focused, yet also human, inspiring and deeply aligned with each brand’s identity. After all, the most effective marketing is not the loudest; it is the most aligned with each brand’s identity.
